To help you have the best shipping rates we use FedEx ground and air for our main shipping method. For larger shipments we may use appropriate trucking company that provides us better pricing for you.
We take extra care to pack your products well. Check your delivery as soon as it gets in and let us know if there is any breakage issue. You need to take pictures of the shipping container to show box damage and product damage.
Occasionally the shipping charges come up wrong. We will notify you as soon as possible if that is the case.
